HGV Truck Washer/ Valeter

Job Summary
We are looking for HGV Truck/ Trailer Washer/ Valeter for our operating centre at Avonbridge. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a clean and organized environment.

Duties

• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• To ensure all trucks/ trailers/ vans/ cars are cleaned to the highest standard
• To pay attention to detail and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
• Applicants must have a full valid Driving Licence
• Experience desired but not essential as training will be given

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with availability on Saturday mornings

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Valid driver's licence is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
