Stuart Wells are a leading and experienced specialist groundwater control company working within the UK construction dewatering industry.

We are looking to recruit a Yard Operate with their main duties being:

• Unloading and loading lorries.
• Housekeeping.
• Restocking and cleaning of equipment.
• Testing of equipment
• Checking equipment being returned from hire.
• Getting equipment and orders ready for dispatch
• Completion of paperwork.
• Delivery of equipment to customer sites, if required.
• Organising the warehouse and stock.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude. Ideally already have a valid fork-lift licence but in-house training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will need to be physically fit as this role involves heavy lifting and is very hands on. This role would be suited to someone with mechanical/electrical interests.

Skills Required

• Good time management, ability to organise and prioritise work under pressure.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on own initiative
• Full Driving Licence
• Forklift experience

Working Hours

• Working Hours are Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week. 8.00am to 4.30pm
• Job Type Full Time Permanent
