Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Self Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Sturgess Mortgage Solutions in the Greater Swansea Area. The Adviser will be responsible for providing comprehensive mortgage advice, financial planning, and ensuring clients receive suitable protection solutions. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, researching mortgage options, and guiding clients through the mortgage process with expertise and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Mortgages, Financial Planning, and CeMap Qualified skills
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and Finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser is a plus
