Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop and present design concepts using mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings.
• Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp) to create detailed layouts and designs.
• Prepare comprehensive drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and renovation projects.
• Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and industry professionals to execute design plans successfully.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and techniques, integrating innovative solutions into projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Interior Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas to clients and team members.
• Keen attention to detail with a deep understanding of colour theory, material selection, and spatial arrangements.
• Team-oriented yet self-motivated, thriving in a collaborative environment.
• A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with substantial experience.
