Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Adviser to join our dynamic team in NEWARK ON TRENT
In this role, you will:
• Conduct detailed needs assessments for clients to determine their insurance requirements.
• Present tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs and budget constraints.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide the best advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet online with clients to discuss their insurance needs.
• Provide specialised financial guidance and advice.
• Complete financial needs analyses and create customised insurance plans based on client
needs.
• Use sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Qualifications:
Essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English language fluent in additional language
Desirable
• Proven experience as an insurance adviser or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and their features.
