Job Description


We have a fantastic opportunity for a truly team-centric Sales Support Coordinator to join our Global Corporate Sales team!

This small but very busy support team looks after both internal and external customers, and no day is the same. The Sales Support Coordinator role would be a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their Sales Support or Customer Support career, within a truly people-focused environment.

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will:

  • Create customer quotes and invoices
  • Respond to both external and internal customers ensuring timely resolution to queries and accurate reporting within Salesforce
  • Have daily communications with Sales Managers, our Customer Services Team, customers and other departments as needed
  • Handle customer correspondence, quotations, orders, access issues and other requests via email and telephone
  • Produce reports relating to our various titles, including price information for customers, subscription agents and Sales Managers
  • Use internal systems and databases to investigate and answer customer queries regarding subscriptions and Open Access, run quotes, prepare invoices, and compile details on Journal Collection title lists and prices

Qualifications

  • Be comfortable with change and be able to adapt quickly
  • Be process driven and detail oriented
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills, including experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Be comfortable with using several different IT systems at once
  • Have experience of and be comfortable with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), and be willing to learn further

Location:
This role is offered on a truly balanced working model with the successful candidate using our Milton Park (Oxfordshire) location as their office hub.
