We are looking for an enthusiastic full time supervisor to join our busy sweetshop team! To work alongside the manager and be responsible for the shop in the managers absence, delegating to staff and running the shop efficiently to ensure the shifts run smoothy, this will entail opening and closing of the shop also. . The job role also includes all areas of retail/shop work, serving customers all of our Confectionery items giving a great customer experience at all times, till use and handling financial transactions, replenishment and rotation of all shop stock on a daily basis, general daily cleaning duties, dealing with deliveries , any staff issues and generally what is asked to be achieved on your shifts.
We are looking for the ideal candidate to fit well into our small sweetshop team by being a friendly, enthusiastic, willing to learn, great team player with self motivation and an eye to detail to keep the shop floor looking its best at all times!
