Job Overview:
We are seeking part time, dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail showroom and store. The ideal results driven candidate will have strong communication skills, be organised, and possess the ability to upsell products.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product information and answer customer queries
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and well-presented store environment
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
- Ability to sell products persuasively

Working Days / Hours:
The retail showroom is open seven days a week and working hours are on a rota basis within the team which will include alternate weekend working. Daily shifts can vairy between –
Monday to Friday hours, either 07:15-12:15 or 12:45-17:45
Saturday 08:45-13:45 or 12:45-17:45
Sunday 08:00-13:00 or 12:00-17:00
All daily working patterns will be given in advance by the store manager totalling 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in premium retail sales is preferred but not essential, alternatively previous experience in a premium hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
