Who We’re Looking For

Tonic Health is seeking a talented and passionate Freelance Video Editor to contribute to our mission of delivering compelling video content that resonates with our audience across various social media platforms. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our brand's online presence, focusing on short-form content that drives engagement and strengthens our community. We value creativity, innovation, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and produce compelling video content that aligns with Tonic Health's brand identity and resonates with our audience.

• Video Editing: Edit video footage to create engaging short-form content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Creative Experimentation: Experiment with different styles and approaches to produce captivating videos including overlays and animation.

• Social Media Optimisation: Tailor content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with current trends and platform-specific best practices.

• Consistent Delivery: Deliver approximately 20 edited videos weekly, optimising workflow to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team to ensure content meets desired objectives and aligns with broader marketing campaigns.

• Creative Enthusiasm: A creative mind passionate about producing exceptional video content that captures the essence of health and wellness.

• Versatility: Experience in creating overlays and visual elements.

• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, with experience in creating content that drives engagement.

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing work on Instagram and TikTok.

• Adaptability: Openness to taking on new challenges and experimenting with different creative approaches.

• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a remote team.

• Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
