Do you love working at events and engaging with the public? Are you excited about representing non-profit organisations while being part of a dynamic sales environment? T9-Specialist is looking for enthusiastic Event Staff to join our Manchester team. You’ll be at the heart of our events, working closely with our sales and promotions team to ensure that our non-profit clients’ goals are met, while also driving donations and participation at various events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, setup, and breakdown of events, ensuring all materials, equipment, and displays are ready for public engagement.
  • Actively engage with attendees at events, providing information on our non-profit clients, their missions, and how the public can get involved or donate.
  • Work closely with the sales team to promote donations and sign-ups, ensuring each event contributes to both awareness and sales targets.
  • Assist with on-site operations, from registration to managing crowd flow, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable event experience for attendees.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during events and ensure smooth execution.
  • Track attendee interactions and feedback to measure event success and provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Support post-event follow-up by providing insights and helping identify potential leads or future promotional opportunities.

Requirements

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
  • Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
  • Must be able to work full-time.
  • Previous experience in event support, promotions, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
  • A passion for sales and public engagement, with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay focused in fast-paced environments.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with event attendees and team members.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to adapt to changes on the spot.
