Residential Property Management

Are you looking for a career in residential property management? We are looking for someone full time to join our team based in Driffield.

Your main role will be day-to-day property management tasks, liaising with tenants, applicants for tenancies and landlords through different platforms. We are looking for someone who has the following attributes

- Eager to learn and develop within the role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

- Problem solver

- Good key board skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with particular attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience desirable but not essential

- A full UK driving license with use of own car

- Dedicated parking available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
