We are seeking to recruit an individual who enjoys and thrives in a busy administrative environment to provide administrative support to the Student Support and Wellbeing Team.
The duties of the role include responding to Applicant Support Questionnaires, Student Enquiries, answering the telephone, booking appointments and sharing key information. The postholder will also provide advice and support to disabled students and prospective students and those who may be affected by wellbeing and/or mental health conditions. This includes remote same day appointments, telephone, email and enquiry support. With support, the postholder will identify reasonable adjustments for individual students, liaising with academic and other staff to ensure their needs are disseminated in a confidential manner, as well as promoting the service and leading on wellbeing initiatives throughout the UCL community. This is a great opportunity for a skilled administrator who would like to experience support and wellbeing work.
