Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Residential Care Facilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a network of Care Houses, delivering exceptional services and quality care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership within the healthcare or residential care sector, with a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and quality improvement. • Strategic Vision & Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth, improve care standards, and enhance operational efficiency across all Care House facilities.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, optimize financial performance, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, regulatory bodies, and key community stakeholders to foster trust and enhance reputation.
• Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to continually raise the quality of care, improve resident satisfaction, and implement best practices in care delivery.

• Experience: 10 years of executive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a CEO or senior leadership role within a healthcare or residential care environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of care house operations, regulatory compliance, and industry standards in England or the USA.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, drive organizational change, and develop a positive work culture focused on resident care and employee engagement.
• Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build lasting partnerships.
• Education: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
