Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow drone equipment and solutions sales within the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across sectors such as energy, public safety, and infrastructure.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend tailored drone solutions, positioning Volatus as the preferred provider.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed individual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts and contribute to brand visibility in the UK market.
- Provide customer feedback to our product and engineering teams, helping shape the development of new offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progression in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in technology or equipment sales, preferably within the drone or aerospace industries.
- Strong understanding of drone technology and its applications across various sectors (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating proactive and self-motivated sales management.
- Willingness to travel within the UK for client meetings and occasional visits to our Emsworth office.
