Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Volunteer Copywriter with strong WordPress experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create engaging and persuasive content for our website, blog, and marketing materials. Your writing will help drive traffic, engage our audience, and support our brand's mission of sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling, clear, and creative copy for web pages, blog posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with our brand voice and tone.
- Manage and update content on our WordPress site, including creating new pages and posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and support promotional activities.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Copywriter with a portfolio of published work.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress and its various plugins.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sustainability and an interest in the pet industry is a plus.
