Tasks
Represent clients in court for litigation cases
Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases
Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Requirements
Must have a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation law
Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
