Agency statement: We are currently resourcing this role through our internal Talent Acquisition Team so we do not require agency support at this time. We will utilise our supplier partners on our PSL only when we need to.

The Recruitment process: Interviews will consist of an initial Teams interview followed by a face-to-face interview at our site in Burton Latimer.

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition advisor to become a valuable addition to our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in propelling our business forward by attracting top-notch talent.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities:

60-70% of the role will be recruitment focused:

• Manage and promote captivating Talent Acquisition campaigns both internally and externally
• Efficiently utilise external job boards
• Provide expert guidance to your hiring managers to ensure they utilise effective interview and selection methods
• Ensure the ATS is kept up to date and all associated administration is completed
• Offer an excellent candidate experience by arranging interviews, facilitating feedback and providing regular updates
• Support with recruitment fairs, open days, and other events that enable the Talent Acquisition team to welcome brilliant people into the business

30-40% of the role will be process and project-based:

• Support the wider HR team and business leaders to embed the Talent Acquisition process
• Partner with the business to support internal succession planning and early career processes for relevant vacancies
• Streamline processes and improve existing systems and ways of working through even better forms of technology/current technology system features
• Relationship management of our agency partners

The Key ingredients for success!

Qualifications are not always the 'be-all and end-all' and we really value your wealth of experience, however for some roles that are governed by legislation, we will ask for specific qualifications and achievements. We will ask for evidence of these during the process.

Non-negotiables:

• Previous in-house recruitment experience

• Ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in a wide range of IT skills, including expert knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Exceptional organisational skills

Technical / professional qualifications:

• Understanding and proficiency in effectively using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
