A new opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join the team working in our luxurious Aquarias Spa - This is a full time role, 40 hours per week.

Spa Receptionist: In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest service to spa members, hotel guests and spa day guests. Developing a first class knowledge of our promotions, products and services, you will handle enquiries, manage bookings and assist with retail sales. You will maintain excellent standards of presentation within our spa and may also support with hosting or serving in the spa lounge. Your focus will ensure that our guests receive a 5 star service throughout their stay and that they leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
A natural people person, you will have excellent communication skills and a professional approach. Previous experience working in a similar environment would be ideal as would experience of hotel/spa booking systems and other IT systems. Above all, you will be a great team player who is flexible and adaptable with the ability to learn new skills. This role involves a range of shifts (between 7.45am - 8.30pm) including weekends, 5 days out of 7.
