Handyman/woman

Handy Man/Woman required for a new apartment build in Warrington.

Must have experience working on new builds or as a social housing handy person. Must have experience painting, fitting panels, and basic plumbing is desirable (taking taps off, fitting flexi's).

On site parking provided. Must have basic tools.

Must have CSCS, PPE and be able to provide two references.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
