We currently recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor, within the CSI chamber to support our distribution contract at our site in Kettering. This role will support the operation covering Days and Nights on a rotating basis.

Pay, benefits and more:

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £32,394 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays),. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What youll do on a typical day:

• Monitor and maintain flow of finish product being processed through our CSI machine.
• Trouble shoot all issues that may arise with the CSI equipment.
• Work closely with the onsite engineers to ensure a smooth operations.
• Engage with the production team on all issues that may arise.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the CSI chamber of our main warehouse.
• Daily health and safety checks of area and equipment.
• Reporting of any health and safety risks and issues.
• Manage all operational processes within the remit of the CSI chamber

What you need to succeed at XPO

• Previous low level management experience
• High level of communicationskills
• PC literate
