Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Italian chef at ZIA PIZZA LTD in Westbury. The Italian chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes, creating new menu items, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety. The chef should have experience in making authentic stone-baked pizza efficiently, with speed and precision, while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian cuisine, Culinary Arts, and Food Preparation
• Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques and ingredients
• Experience in creating and executing Italian recipes
• Food safety and sanitation certification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience as an Italian chef or in Italian restaurants is a plus
