ABOUT THE TEAM

At SAP Customer Services & Delivery we are supporting our customers in the design, optimization and flexibility of their company and core business on strategic, economic and technologic topics. Across all applications we consider our customers' processes as a whole and thereby successfully build our business and technology platform. With the most current knowledge, innovative services and the use of modern methods, we will prepare our customers to future developments, minimize risks, to promote growth strategies and innovation forces. With our focus on customer-specific projects and innovative, engineered services we offer our customers flexible and saleable services.

Do you have a strong passion for digital and social media marketing? Are you a natural talent in using new communication channels and think in new and innovative ways?

Are you a pro-active person with hands-on experience (and/or a keen interest to learn) working with different marketing tasks such as content creation, proofreading, event coordination, lead handling etc.?

THE ROLE

• Campaign preparation and execution related tasks such as target group definition, content creation and working with digital marketing tools
• Work with digital and social media tools and platforms to manage and optimize campaigns and branding efforts
• Driving own communication related projects within services marketing
• Strong collaboration with all Stakeholders out of Sales, Business  Development and Marketing

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration or related field of study, preferably with a focus on Marketing
• Having the following computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products: including Word, Excel, and Outlook     
• Must-have: Speaking German and English fluently     
• Besides that you bring an Open-minded personality and a solutions based approach to problem solving 
• Others: Keen interest and experience in social and digital marketing

As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700€ gross/month/full time for interns and 2473€ gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits. 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
