As part of our Competency Center, there is one of the largest Performance Test Teams in Poland, whose members are using world-leading tools. Engineers work in a wide range of tested technologies - from websites and API, through ERP technology, video streaming, to IoT. We are also pleased that they use elements of artificial intelligence in performance tests. Your tasks
Creating innovative next-generation performance tests using the Shift Left approach
Planning and implementing performance tests
Building performance testing frameworks and environments
Preparing scripts using selected tools (such as Locust, Gatling, K6)
Collecting results using APM tools
Building automated analysis mechanisms
Automating the entire process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, performance testing tools, and automated analysis
Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors
Collaborating with professionals with many years of performance testing experience
Proposing performance indicators
Performing root cause analysis of performance issues
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in performance testing
Background in testing applications deployed in AWS and Azure environments
Proven ability to configure and maintain load test environments in the cloud using AWS and Azure
Hands-on experience with managing virtualized environments based on Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Nomad will be a benefit
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, Scala
Solid knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN
Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), API technologies, and JSON structure
Practical experience with performance tuning in both Linux and Windows systems
Exposure to CI tools (e.g., Jenkins) and a solid grasp of the software and testing lifecycle
Good command of performance testing methodologies and practices
Strong analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities
