Project Manager – Cardiology Device Study (Austria) – Contract

Upsilon Global is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee a Cardiology Device Study in Austria. You will play a key role in managing study timelines, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication.

● Start Date: May

● Contract Length: 6 months

● FTE: 0.5 - 0.7 FTE

● Therapeutic Area: Cardiology – Medical Device - Coronary Artery Disease

● Location: Austria

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and coordinate the clinical study, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

● Manage regulatory submissions, ethics committee approvals, and site activation.

● Oversee risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and troubleshooting.

● Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.

● Provide leadership and guidance to clinical research teams.

● Monitor study progress and report findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

● 5 years of clinical trial project management experience.

● Experience in cardiology medical device studies is a strong advantage.

● Knowledge of Austrian and EU clinical trial regulations.

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Fluency in English; German is a plus.
