Senior Social Media Content Expert (m/f/x)

We’re looking for a senior-level Social Media Content Expert who combines creative excellence with strategic thinking and a strong consulting mindset. You’ll play a key role in shaping innovative content strategies for leading brands, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients alike. Your finger is always on the pulse of the latest trends, and you know how to turn them into compelling, results-driven campaigns.

• Lead the development of cutting-edge social media campaigns, from ideation to execution – with a strong emphasis on storytelling, creativity and innovation


• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business goals into engaging social content strategies that perform


• Guide and inspire cross-functional teams (creative, paid, analytics, etc.) to ensure consistent, high-impact execution across platforms


• Use data-driven insights to evaluate and refine content strategies for continuous improvement


• Stay ahead of the curve: monitor emerging social media trends, formats and technologies to keep our work state-of-the-art


• Manage senior client relationships and confidently present concepts, strategies and performance results


• Collaborate on budget planning, timelines and resource coordination at a high level

What we expect:

• Proven experience (5 years) in social media content strategy, concept development and creative execution, ideally in an agency or fast-paced brand environment


• A strong portfolio that showcases your creative vision, strategic thinking and tangible impact


• Excellent consulting and client communication skills – you’re comfortable leading conversations, not just following briefs


• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, platform-specific nuances (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.), and content best practices


• Passion for innovation and experimentation with new formats and storytelling techniques


• Proficiency in German and English


• Ability to travel occasionally for workshops and client sessions


• Your annual gross salary for this full-time position as a Junior starts at € 47,600. How much more you actually earn will depend on your experience and qualifications.
