As a Video Content Producer, you'll not only lead the planning and execution of engaging video content for social media and digital platforms, but also be actively involved in shooting and post-producing the content yourself. From concept to final cut, you’ll turn ideas into visual stories that inform, inspire, and stand out. • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media campaigns and digital platforms
• Coordinate with creatives, strategists, editors, and clients throughout the production process
• Take ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Bring fresh ideas for formats, storytelling, and creative execution
• Edit and finalize videos including motion graphics, sound, and color grading
• Ensure consistency and quality across all content
• Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or client meetings

What we expect:

• Solid understanding of the full video production process — from camera work to post-production
• Initial hands-on experience in content creation (internships, freelance, personal projects)
• Proficiency in filming, lighting, and editing tools (Adobe Suite or similar)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling instincts
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to take ownership

• Your annual gross salary for this full-time position as a Junior starts at € 31,300. How much more you actually earn will depend on your experience and qualifications.
