Job Description:

The Global IM Deliver team is seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence to support our mission of enhancing distribution, transportation, and customer services through data-driven insights. This role requires a technical professional with a strong understanding of business product ownership and a passion for analytics, ideally in the area of Customer Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ML / AI solutions for logistics, specifically for the Customer Services function.
  • Implement ways to optimize order processing (OCR / EDI / Portal).
  • Gain insights from order patterns and call center interactions.
  • Drive personalization of communication to Customers.
  • Uphold Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions, ensuring a collaborative and values-driven working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a Business Intelligence role, preferably within a distribution or customer context.
  • Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methods, ideally in Customer Analytics.
  • Familiar with techniques to analyze highly unstructured data (speech, text, e-mail).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and effective manner to various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
