Business Analyst Customer Portals

We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our Digital Engagement department, a group of multidisciplinary teams that create the most intuitive and consistent digital experiences for our customers.

As a digital Business Analyst , you support the product owner to elevate and optimize the customer and business value derived from the Adobe platform. You analyze change requests & optimizations in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You work closely with the product owner and colleagues within and outside your team, and our delivery partner, to provide reusable building blocks for a stable, personalized, efficient & user-friendly Telenet website.

Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst

• Analyzing business challenges in collaboration with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Gathering the necessary information to map the impact on processes, customer experience, and tools.
• Exploring possible solutions with the product owner and stakeholders and defining business requirements that serve as a briefing for our partner.
• Briefing the delivery partner for implementation, overseeing testing, and following up on the ‘go live’ process.
• Acting as the owner and single point of contact for your analysis, serving as a domain expert for internal stakeholders. This includes well-documented and up-to-date processes, workflows, and specifications.
• Proactively seeking improvements to align your product with future customer needs, based on user feedback/data (e.g. Contentsquare).
