Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management system, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the network of stakeholders involved in the Management System.
• Administer and manage publications and tools related to the Management System.
• Promote the Management System to ensure comprehensive understanding and provide essential support to users and process managers.
• Assess the effectiveness and compliance with the governance of the Management System and certification policies.
• Develop presentations and compile reports in preparation for monthly and quarterly Quality Management Reviews.
• Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the organization.
• Serve as the primary liaison for quality standards within the entity.
• Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and develop action plans to address any issues or non-conformities identified during the audits.
