About the job

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Liège. Beyond strong technical skills, this role includes leading and mentoring a team of 3 developers. You’ll be working on diverse projects, contributing both to back-end and front-end development.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
• Contribute to technical architecture and decision-making
• Lead and support a team of 3 developers, providing both technical and personal guidance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, etc.)
• Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews
• Take part in the continuous improvement of our development processes
• Develop features on both the back-end and front-end, collaborating across the stack

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in Python development
• You have at least a Bac 3
• Solid knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
• Comfortable with both back-end and front-end technologies
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban…)
• Proficient in French or English (minimum B2 level)
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive
