About the job
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Liège. Beyond strong technical skills, this role includes leading and mentoring a team of 3 developers. You’ll be working on diverse projects, contributing both to back-end and front-end development.
Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
Contribute to technical architecture and decision-making
Lead and support a team of 3 developers, providing both technical and personal guidance
Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, etc.)
Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews
Take part in the continuous improvement of our development processes
Develop features on both the back-end and front-end, collaborating across the stack
Your Profile
At least 4 years of experience in Python development
You have at least a Bac 3
Solid knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
Comfortable with both back-end and front-end technologies
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban…)
Proficient in French or English (minimum B2 level)
