About the job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of experience in manual testing, strong expertise in test management, and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies. This role requires a French-speaking profile with advanced certification in ISTQB Foundation Level.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct manual software testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Review product requirements and design test cases based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify issues early in the process and ensure efficient resolution.
• Track and report bugs using defect tracking tools.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to provide input on test strategies and testing processes.
• Utilize knowledge of ISTQB methodologies to perform testing and guide the testing process.
• Work with clients to gather testing requirements and expectations.
• Manage and lead testing activities in complex projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all testing phases.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior testers and team members.
