Are you a results-driven professional fluent in Spanish and passionate about real estate? Anderson Wise is partnering with a renowned investor and developer to recruit an Asset Manager – Spanish Speaker, strengthening their dynamic team across Luxembourg and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute annual strategic plans to maximize property income, cash flow, and asset value.
• Oversee property performance, ensuring alignment with business plans and budgets.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flows, and valuations for board meetings and investors.
• Build strong relationships with property managers, lenders, and partners to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor service providers and operating partners, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Become a market expert, tracking trends, economic drivers, and competitive projects.
• Participate in property visits, tenant interviews, and market analysis.
• Support the valuation process and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Develop and present financial models and regular reporting to senior management and investors.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives for Student Housing and Residential assets.

Your Profile

• 4–5 years’ experience in property management, finance, accounting, or operations.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage third-party service providers and work both independently and in teams.
• Commercial mindset with strong project management skills, able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with auditors, accountants, and real estate appraisers.
• Willingness to travel.
• Track record in asset management of commercial (multi-family, student) properties in the UK or Continental Europe is a plus.
