Job Description
ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for an experienced Project Manager for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance Domain.
Context
Taking over a number of ongoing technical projects of different nature.
Further expansion with other infrastructure projects in mutual consultation. These can be very varied in nature (Database, Middleware, LAN, Virtual Platforms, Linux/Windows, etc...
Role & Responsibilities
Defining and validating the project scope and content
Planning and organizing the project, including setting up governance
Efficient use of budget and allocated resources
Communicating project evolution accurately and objectively
Delivering the project within deadlines, budget, and quality standards
Integrating the project into the organization (business, architecture, method, standards, etc.)
Monitoring scope, timing, quality, and resources
Respecting release procedures and mitigating risks due to stability
Reporting to the Steering Committee, including the LCM sponsor and service delivery manager
Integrating into a team of Project Leaders & Technical Coordinators
Qualifications
Your Profile
Motivated and communicative team player
Strong conflict-handling skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with Kanban, including the definition of epics, features, and stories
Good knowledge of various IT technologies
Practical experience with project management tools
Technical Skills
Agile Working: Familiarity with Kanban and experience in defining epics, features, and stories
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in MS Project and JIRA
IT Technologies: General knowledge of architecture, technical infrastructure such as databases, middleware, virtual platforms, networks, etc.
Communication and Teamwork: Strong skills in conflict handling, motivation, and collaboration
