Support Project Officer

ASL Maintenance is looking for a long-term Support Project Officer for its heavy maintenance operations in Brussels (BRU), Belgium.

The purpose of this job is to assist the Customer Support Manager and Project Coordinators in the follow-up and preparation of aircraft checks.

• Working closely with Procurement Officers and stores, mainly at the Zaventem site but also at the Liège site.
• Ensure that all requests for materials and repair of parts have been initiated by means of a purchase order and repair order.
• Generate service orders and follow up on them.
• Follow up on orders for material, requests for repair of parts and requests for subcontracted services so that they are provided on time (in relation to the deadline set during project planning) and inform the Customer Support Manager in case of late delivery.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support Manager on all other tasks related to customer support.
