IT Support Officer – Belgium – 9 Months

We are looking for an experienced profile to provide level 1 and 2 support, manage hardware deployment, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of services.

  • Provide level 1 and 2 IT support in response to technical incidents and user requests.
  • Resolve as many incidents as possible on first contact (by telephone or in person).
  • Take charge of IT tickets: encoding, follow-up, resolution.
  • Managing the deployment of workstations (image, software, hardware).
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting peripherals and office automation tools.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of technical procedures.
  • Contribute to managing the life cycle of IT components.
  • Keeping abreast of technological developments and making proposals for improvements.

Profile :

  • Technical training in IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or multi-site context.
  • Systems: Windows 10 / 11, Office 2019 / 2021 / 365.
  • Networks: basic notions of routers/switches, WAN, multi-site management.
  • Appreciated tools: Windows Server, SCCM, ITIL (knowledge appreciated).
  • Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
  • Team spirit, rigour, pragmatism.
  • Autonomy, adaptability, sense of priorities.
