Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative tasks and support the departments on secretarial help
  • Handling general correspondence and incoming/outgoing letters and expresses
  • Support the organization and coordination regarding Bank’s 10th anniversary in Luxembourg
  • Supporting the day to day human resource activities and answering employees queries
  • Assisting in registering training courses, update training records, collecting certificate or exam result of external training programs.
  • Dealing with order supplies and manage office suppliers or service providers
  • Coordinating with relative parties for events organizing.
  • Collecting and transferring CVs, arranging interviews
  • Assisting in searching the first accommodation for expatriate employees.
  • Assisting in management of employees’ absence, working hours, and leaves
  • Communicating with staff delegations.
  • Other HR & Administration tasks.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above of Human Resource, Language, Management or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English, French and Chinese is necessary.
  • Autonomous, Efficient and Proactive.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Accurate and Attentive to details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Previous relative HR management experience is preferable.
