Job Description
What does it feel like to be an Administrative Assistant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Prepare invoicing data on the basis of information received from Project Managers and keep track of invoicing status;
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and submit and reconcile expense reports;
Develop and maintain a filing system;
Gather and reconcile timesheet information;
Collect and prepare CVs in the appropriate templates and update the CV database;
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, write and distribute emails, memos, letters and forms;
Maintain contact lists, schedule meetings and book travel.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field;
Around 2 years of experience as an administrative or accounting assistant would be considered as distinctive advantage;
Previous experience in the European Institutions would be considered a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas);
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Experience in using SAP will be a plus;
Working knowledge of office equipment;
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French is good to have;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
