Stock Management Assistant Internship – July 2025

In the Chanel Boutique in Brussels, you will assist the stock manager and support the store's operations.

The internship focuses on the following tasks :

Daily Support for Inventory Management :

• Receipt of merchandise and individual quality control of products
• Restocking inventory
• Organizing incoming and outgoing transfers between stores
• Organizing and maintaining physical and digital inventory
• Organizing and participating in cycle counts
• Monitoring and controlling reservations
  
  
  

In-Store Activity :

Depending on customer traffic, peak activity times in the store, or the absence of a team member, you may be required to assist in the back office or on the sales floor :

• Supporting sales advisors (welcoming customers, gift-wrapping, after-sales service)
• Optimizing inventory
• Preparing events and customer gifts
• Conducting analyses related to inventory or the store
  
  
  

Profile

• Rigor, adaptability, initiative, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to succeeding in this role.
• French, English, and Flemish are spoken in the store.
• The internship will be conducted in uniform while on-site.
