Stock and Sales Support Internship - July 2025

At the Chanel Boutique in Brussels, you will assist the stock manager, sales advisors, and support the boutique’s operations

The internship involves the following tasks :

Daily Stock Management Support :

• Receiving merchandise and conducting unit checks of products
• Restocking of approach stocks
• Organizing incoming and outgoing transfers between stores
• Organizing and maintaining physical and digital inventory
• Organizing and participating in cycle counts
• Monitoring and controlling reserved products
  
  
  

Daily Support for Sales Team and Customer Service :

• Welcoming customers while they wait for a Fashion Advisor
• Preparing and serving beverages for customers
• Ceremonial gift-wrapping of purchased products before handing them to the customer.
• Maintaining order of displayed products on the sales floor and ensuring proper identification
• Assisting Visual Merchandising during collection setups
• Keeping work tools organized and restocking supplies on the sales floor
• Assisting with after-sales service
• Preparing events and customer gifts
  
  
  

Profile

• Rigor, adaptability, initiative, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills are key to succeeding in this role.
• French, English and Dutch are spoken in the Boutique
• The internship will be conducted in a uniform provided by the company while on-site.
