Investment Advisory / Derivatives Sales & Trading (m/f/x)

Position Overview

You will be the primary point of contact for clients to access the entire suite of wealth management capabilities and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. You will work alongside a Senior Relationship Manager covering clients within the Private Capital Markets ecosystem, including Hedge Fund managers, Private Equity Partners and Founders of sponsor backed businesses.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business with new and existing Italian clients based in Italy and abroad, spending time focused on bringing in new clients and new assets (prospecting), building and sustaining long-term relationships on the International Private Banking and all internal counterparties, like Private Capital Markets desks, Discretionary Portfolio Desk and Direct Advisory Desk.
• Advising clients within the required regulatory framework (especially cross border rules within Italy and Luxembourg) and keeping abreast of all client-impacting initiatives from the respective market
• Proactively identifying client lending/financing needs, involving lending specialists to further develop the opportunity to completion
• Acting as the Accountable Client Owner with responsibility for all Anti-Money Laundering aspects of the client relationship; including Know Your Client in good quality and in a timely manner as well as account behaviour.
• Owning the overall suitability and appropriateness for client investments where clients are not assigned an Investment Manager; taking client execution orders where required and ensuring that all corresponding checks are performed.
• Working in close collaboration with Relationship Managers (RMs) & Investment Managers(Advisors) in prospecting for new clients and managing existing client portfolios
• Be a part of a team responsible significant revenue impact for the region
  
  
  

Skills

• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/ relevant work experience
• Industry experience in client services/private banking role within Private Client Wealth Management
• Up to 5 years of relevant investment experiences
• Experience taking client orders & booking trades
• Extensive Capital Markets knowledge incl. derivatives (Fixed Income, Equity, Listed Derivatives and Foreign Exchange)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent English and Italian speaker
