Technical Energy Manager

Today, we are looking for a Technical Energy Manager for BeNeLux and France (within Eurostar and public transportation range), based in Brussels, to complement our team.

As a Technical Energy Manager, you will spearhead efforts to enhance the energy efficiency of our clients’ buildings, guiding our clients through every stage of the project lifecycle. Your role is crucial from start to savings and in continuous support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.

Your specific responsibilities include:

• Taking the lead on implementing our approach and technology for improving energy efficiency of buildings.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining our monitoring and steering solutions (hardware and software).
• Analyzing data and visiting buildings to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for energy savings.
• Implement strategies for optimizing HVAC system performance to improve energy efficiency while maintaining or enhancing comfort levels.
• Acting as the primary communication link among various stakeholders including asset managers, property managers, facility managers and tenants.
• Coordinating with sales and engineering teams internally, and with external parties to manage energy missions effectively.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our approach and technology by closing the feedback loop coming from the field.
• Innovatively thinking to continuously refine and advance our processes and tools with your contributions.
