Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to expand market share within military and government sectors across Europe and internationally. Leverage your existing network of military and government contacts to establish and nurture long-term partnerships. Drive the sales process from lead generation through to deal closure. Stay informed on industry trends, procurement policies, and emerging opportunities within the defense sector. Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. Qualifications & Skills
5 years of demonstrated success in selling high-tech or defense-related products into military or government accounts. Extensive experience navigating procurement processes within defense markets. A strong network of existing clients and contacts in military and government sectors across the EU and International. Experience with CBRN protection. Proven ability to manage long-term, complex sales cycles with high-value outcomes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and internationally as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
