Globis is an innovative player in ERP, WMS and TMS software for large and medium-sized companies with complex supply chain challenges. We are looking for a Junior Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring our software based on predefined user stories. You carry out the configuration of the software, test it, document it accurately and develop automated test scripts to ensure functionality. You understand the customer’s business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions, with an eye for consistency between different user stories.

You work closely with the customer to seek clarification where necessary, and present your configured solutions. Customer feedback is carefully processed and your activities are accurately documented in our project management and time registration tools (Jira) and Confluence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Configuring software in alignment with predefined user stories.
• Testing configurations and developing automated test scripts to ensure quality and reliability.
• Documenting all configurations and processes clearly and professionally.
• Engaging with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and incorporate feedback.
• Diligently tracking activities and progress using Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding the link between user stories and overarching business goals.
• Delivering accurate, customer-centric solutions tailored to real needs.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Familiar with configuring and testing ERP, WMS or TMS software through academic projects, internships or initial work experience.
• Able to understand business needs and think in terms of practical software solutions.
• Some experience with tools like Jira (project tracking) and Confluence (documentation).
• Communicates clearly and professionally when working with customers or internal teams.
• Works accurately, methodically, and is eager to learn and improve.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL; any programming experience is a valuable asset.
