KYC Officer (m/f/d)

KYC Officers in the financial sector take on various roles while delivering excellent customer service and support of the highest quality.

Fluent communication and a collaborative mindset are the drivers of inter-departmental excellence. As an officer, you will work across multiple domains, such as business support and KYC analysis, through multiple channels. You put seamless collaboration first, ensuring our internal departments work together efficiently.

You take a proactive stance in solving problems and optimising processes. Customer satisfaction is crucial, but so are our business objectives.

You have the following knowledge and experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant degree.
• Experience: Entry level up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Languages: Dutch and French (required), English desirable.
