Compliance Manager (Corporate & Funds)

HI Partners is hiring a dynamic and experienced Compliance Manager (Corporate and Funds) for a respected international firm based in Luxembourg.

As Compliance Manager (Corporate and Funds), you’ll oversee compliance with regulatory requirements for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and minimizing risks. You’ll also play a crucial role in leading a team, with support from senior management, while ensuring the firm meets all legal and regulatory standards.

We’re looking for someone with deep knowledge of Luxembourg compliance, financial regulations, and risk management in both corporate and fund sectors—who thrives in a client-facing, problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations in the corporate and funds sectors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and procedures, ensuring all activities meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on regulatory changes, interpreting their impact on the business.
• Conduct risk assessments, advising on mitigating strategies and managing compliance risks effectively.
• Liaise with regulators and maintain communication with authorities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen compliance policies and drive the firm’s risk management initiatives.
• Foster a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring continuous improvement of practices and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, financial regulation, and risk management, ideally within corporate and fund services.
• In-depth understanding of Luxembourg regulatory frameworks, including CSSF, AIFMD, and UCITS.
• Strong experience in handling corporate and fund compliance matters, with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in regulatory reporting and compliance tools.
• Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of German is a plus.

Candidates must have a valid EU passport or a work permit for Luxembourg.
