Objectives And Key Deliverables:
We are a a global consulting firm looking for two additional resources to support on a project of ours for a European bank client of ours. This client is going through a multi-year transformation supported by us to improve client data management. This is a group-led and cross-functional effort, involving coordination between business lines, IT, the data office, compliance, and country teams.
Contractor role:
The resources will be embedded in the Client Data Management delivery team and work under the supervision of another Consultant and wider member of our team, working closely with internal stakeholders to progress the definition and implementation of several critical initiatives, incl. client data ownership model and accountability framework, source register for client data across key systems, a structured and accessible client data dictionary, working on the execution and coordination of action plans within different countries.
The work involves a mix of structured problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and delivery follow-through. Each profile will be responsible for keeping momentum across multiple tracks, driving clarity, and structuring outputs in collaboration with internal leads.
Must have:
-Banking/ Financial services experiences and knowledge of Banking products, services and Core Banking Systems (CBS)
-Management consulting experience (ex-MBB, Tier-2)
-Strong stakeholder management abilities
-Relatively junior role but looking for a strong executor)
Contract duration: Until the end of the year (~8 months), starting ASAP
Time commitment: Full time
Location: Remote and able to support GMT time zone (likely based in Europe)
