Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help turn complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that drive business growth. What You'll Be Doing

• Transform and analyze large, complex data sets representing transactional, financial data, and player behavior to uncover actionable insights.
• Deliver proactive recommendations to stakeholders across product, commercial, and technical disciplines to shape optimization and enhance KPIs.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance trends.
• Deliver in-depth researches to check against various business hypotheses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to drive data-informed decisions for product improvements.
• Own multiple data projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Contribute to data literacy growth and advancement across the company.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 4 years of analytical experience, ideally in the iGaming, gaming or video streaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Solid expertise in data visualization, including tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• A proactive data-driven mindset with curiosity, experience in daily reporting, and insights generation.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to all stakeholders, regardless of their data skills.
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to work.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with ClickHouse and Python (or other scripting languages).
• Understanding of iGaming market, game provider business model and relevant metrics
• Experience with tools like Redash and Confluence.
• Enthusiasm for learning and personal projects in data analytics or machine learning.
