Description:

The Senior Java Developer with Tech Lead responsibilities plays a crucial role within the Center of Expertise Application Development & Maintenance (COE ADM). This position focuses on creating and documenting development guidelines and best practices, ensuring their adoption and implementation across various tribes.

The role involves supporting developers, providing coaching and mentoring, and facilitating effective communication with both IT and non-IT stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Java Developer contributes to IT4IT projects managed directly within the CoE.

Hands-on development is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring practical application of guidelines and best practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong software engineering skills, including UML, architecture, infrastructure, and SDLC, along with a robust security mindset. Autonomy, DevOps expertise, and cloud knowledge are highly valued in this role.

Function description:

• Elaboration of detailed technical design

• Establishing and documenting guidelines and best practices for development

• Ensuring buy-in and follow-up on the implementation of guidelines in the tribes

• Supporting developers in the tribes, providing coaching and mentoring as needed

• Quality review of detailed design and code provided by external suppliers

• Documentation of development activities (design, code, unit testing, code review)

• Delivery management : Overseeing the delivery of projects to ensure they meet quality and performance standards

• IT stakeholders management : Engaging with IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication ( Architecture , Infrastructure ,Risk & Security,...)

• Dependencies follow-up : Monitoring and managing dependencies to ensure timely project completion

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Technical experience Mandatory:
