We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI and Data Strategy Execution Manager for a one year fixed-term employement contract with a possibility of extension to lead the design and roll out of our AI and data operating model, focusing on technical capabilities and processes to enhance AI adoption and data management at ICC.
Your responsibilities include:
Design of digital, data and AI capabilities
- Identify and define key required components for the AI and data operating model, based on the broader ICC strategy.
- Lead the design of key operating model components such as data governance, enterprise data model, data lifecycle, and quality management processes.
- Collaborate with internal (business, IT) and external (potential partners, vendors) stakeholders, define business needs, detailed requirements and delivery options for specific digital solutions, especially in the areas of data management and AI (e.g. data aggregation platforms, AI modelling and production environments).
- Help prioritise and lead the design of AI use-cases (proposition and requirements, buy/build/partner options definition and evaluation, solution architecture, testing approach, execution roadmap, etc.) in collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Design and execute other digital transformation initiatives supporting the wider ICC digitisation agenda and the adoption of digital solutions.
Project management and execution
- Create comprehensive business cases for proposed projects, including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and alignment with ICC's strategic objectives.
- Plan, execute and oversee digital transformation projects, especially related to AI and data capability development, but also supporting wider digitisation priorities.
- Establish a robust governance and monitoring framework for your projects, ensuring effective involvement and decision-making of senior stakeholders as well as transparency on project progress and impact.
- Drive the process of identifying and selecting relevant partners/vendors. Maintain relationships with selected vendors and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and high-quality services are delivered.
Stakeholder management and change management
- Act as an internal consultant and coach, continuously engaging business stakeholders, elevating their understanding of best practices and creating urgency for change. Continuously take their needs into account and translate them into concrete solutions, roadmaps and requirements towards technical stakeholders and vendors.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new AI and data solutions, as well as any other digital capabilities and practices across ICC.
- Provide training, support and clear communication to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the proposed directions, and that new practices/solutions are being adopted.
The ideal candidate is a consultant at heart with a strong track record in digital transformation projects and affinity for data management practices development.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on digital transformation, data management, and AI capability development initiatives.
- Previous experience in consulting roles within strategy/technology consultancies or technology companies (big tech, scale-ups) with complex stakeholder environments is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in designing and executing data, AI and other digital capabilities that have led to significant organisational impact.
- Excellent consulting skills with the ability to articulate complex digital strategies, data and AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the ecosystem of leading solutions and best practices in the areas of data management and AI. motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
