Below, you will find all the details of the role being sought:


ROLE

The selected candidate will primarily carry out external commercial management activities for the North/West Europe area, including:

  • Managing the sales network
  • Providing possible technical/commercial support
  • Assisting in the signing of distribution and/or agency contracts

They will report to the Commercial Director, developing work activities according to corporate strategies and established objectives, organizing, and managing work activities independently.

Additionally, they will conduct market analysis, competitor evaluation, and identify the necessary tools to improve Isolgomma's positioning in the assigned market.


Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in a technical and/or economic field and/or extensive experience in the relevant sector
  • Foreign languages:
  • English C1 and French C1 (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
  • The candidate will be subject to a practical test by the HR representative


Training

Various training activities and technical mentoring are planned to ensure the proper learning of:

  • Acoustic solutions
  • Sales techniques
  • Management and promotion strategies
  • Market analysis


Market

The reference market will be the one previously mentioned, with potential growth opportunities in the medium to long term.


Requirements

  • Availability to travel abroad, with possible stays of several weeks
  • Strong inclination for interpersonal relationships and commercial activities
  • Preferred: Experience in technical-commercial roles in the sector
  • Key characteristics: Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to interact with different work environments both inside and outside the company
  • Essential: Ability to work in a team and towards objectives
  • IT Skills: Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, etc.)
